Meyers-Brigg and Kaizen
I’ve heard that in the Thinker/Feeler dichotomy of Meyers-Brigg, feelers want feelings validated and acknowledged and have emotional support. In contrast, thinkers always want constructive feedback.
Kaizen is a Japanese concept for “continuous improvement.” Can feelers have kaizen? Is it easier for thinkers to have kaizen?
Does the emotional support allow feelers to take another turn on an improvement flywheel? Could the constructive feedback be detrimental to the thinker?
